  • Welcome to the Cedar Creek Home Owner Association site. The CCHOA is made up of detached town homes residing on Jason Lane and Jason Court. There are 25 homes on Jason Lane and 20 homes on Jason Court. Our homes are on the Cedar Creek Golf course and close to the STMA High School.

      Special Homeowners Meeting

      A special Road Replacement Informational Meeting will be held on Monday Nov. 27thto explain next steps. Voting on the replacement will take place at the Annual Meeting which will be on Monday Dec. 11th.

      Please try to make both meetings!

      Did you know the Cedar Creek Association was incorporated in late December of 2000? Three amendments have since been made to the original declaration. The first was on 12/05/2001; the second was on 10/07/2006; and the third was on 06/04/2010. Check them out on the Incorporation tab to see what changed.
